The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To <strong>Manage the overall strategy development<\/strong> and preparing organization monthly dashboards, and to make presentation\/pitch deck.<\/li>\n<li>To create financial reports, proposals, strategic project roadmap.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creating documentation reflecting business projections<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Monitor tasks delegated by CEO<\/strong> &amp; ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assist the CEO with inputs and data<\/strong> required for making strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinating Cross Functional teams<\/strong> to ensure project deliverables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Continuous assessment<\/strong> of overall company performance and implementation of strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Crunching and Analysis.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Intelligence.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Competition Benchmarking.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tracking KPI&#8217;s and Daily Task Report of all domains.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Executive Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO<\/strong>. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Act as a liaison and provide support to CEO for Board Meetings.<\/strong> Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of CEO, wherever directed. Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding Board matters.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO\u2019s ability to effectively lead the organization<\/strong>, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO<\/strong>, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO\u2019s style and organization policy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.<\/strong> Act as a &#8220;barometer,&#8221; having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated. Anticipate CEO\u2019s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinate the CEO\u2019s relationship activities<\/strong>. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO and cultivate ongoing relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Communications and Senior Management Liaison:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Provide &#8220;gatekeeper&#8221; and &#8220;gateway&#8221; role,<\/strong> providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO&#8217;s time and office, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Executive Team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff, including the Executive Team, on behalf of the CEO.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinate all Executive Team meetings<\/strong> and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assists in coordinating the agenda<\/strong> of senior management team meetings and all staff meetings<\/li>\n<li><strong>Edits and completes first drafts<\/strong> for written communications as directed by CEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other projects\/duties<\/strong> as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Education Qualifications<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineer plus MBA or MSc. from Top notch Business School.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Business Analytics software.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to speak \/ working knowledge of any European language (other than English) is preferable, though not necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Soft Skills:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.<\/li>\n<li>Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to switch gears at a moment\u2019s notice.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, fast growing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions with strong decision-making capability<\/li>\n<li>Expert level written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Emotional maturity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v15.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst \u2013 CEO&#039;s Office role should have abilities in business acumen;
